Manchester United have gone 20 games without defeat – but their 10 draws during that streak means it is the least productive long unbeaten run in Premier League history.

There have been 15 other occasions when a Premier League team has gone unbeaten for 20 games or more, and in each instance they have recorded a better win rate than United’s 50 per cent return.

The previous worst win percentage during a long unbeaten streak was when Chelsea took 11 wins and 10 draws from their games between August 1998 and January 1999, earning a 52.4 per cent win percentage.
