Kenya government has said their forces defended themselves after a fierce assault from Al-Shabaab group in Kulbiyow of Lower Jubba region.
The attack, and explosions on Kenya bases resulted the death of dozens of soldiers according to reports, but an statement from Kenya stated that nine were killed and fifteen others wounded.
Al-shabaab have tried to occupy the camp, but our forces prevented them to do so by killing 70 fighters, the statement reads.
